1. Data Collection
Vento collects basic profile information (email, username) and learning progress data (lessons completed, XP earned, flashcard review history) to provide you with a personalized experience.
2. Audio Data
Your audio recordings for pronunciation practice are processed entirely on your device using the Web Speech API. We do not store or transmit your raw audio files to our servers. Only the resulting text transcripts are stored to provide feedback history.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Your data is used solely for the functionality of the Vento application.
4. Security
We implement standard security measures through Supabase to maintain the safety of your personal information.
